Trailer will come full of fresh water, and with one 7.5 gallon propane bottle for heat/ cooking. Generator gas tank will be full, for additional 7.5 gallon propane tank and 10 gallons of gas for the generator, please select the $50 utility fee to cover those items. Thank you
