If you are looking to get out and explore, the Legacy Trail features 12 miles of paved biking and walking trails. You can take the path from the campgrounds into downtown Lexington. This campground offers 260 sites with 50/30/20 amp electric and water. Every site includes 55-foot paved back-ins with picnic tables and fire rings. At the exit of the park, there are two dump stations for your convenience. All the sites are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and they can fill up on weekends.

This campground in Woodford County features 18 RV sites. Every site offers electric, water, and sewer hookups. Many of the sites have 50/30/20 amp service. In addition, there are 15 primitive sites for those who want to have a more rustic experience. All campsites have their own fire pit and picnic table. This family-owned and -operated campground is conveniently located near the Kentucky Horse Park.

This is another RV park situated in the heart of horse country. There are 230 sites with water, sewage, and electrical hookups. Whispering Hills also offers accessible sites for big rigs. Each campsite features 50/30/20 amp power and free Wi-Fi as well. You can enjoy many of the amenities, including a swimming pool, basketball court, and fishing pond. For some added comfort, there are modern laundry facilities and bathhouses located on the grounds.
After you choose an RV rental from RVshare, you can find plenty of places to kick back and relax. There are several campgrounds near Keeneland that will keep you close to all the horse racing action. Most of the best facilities are within 45 minutes of Keeneland.
The Breeders' Cup has engaged several participating hotels for the event. If you're looking for a little luxury, check out Lexington Marriott City Center, Hilton Lexington Downtown, or Hyatt Regency Lexington. For those on a budget, Days Inn and Suites Lexington and Hampton Inn Lexington are two other great choices for your visit. Since the Breeders' Cup is a premier event in the international horse racing world, you'll want to make your reservations in advance. These hotel rooms tend to fill up fast for the entire weekend.
Keeneland Race Course is only 6.4 miles from the center of Lexington. The venue is close to many major cities, including Nashville and Louisville. You can easily reach the racecourse from the major highways in the area.
• From Louisville
You'll need to get on I-64 and head east. Follow I-64 E to Exit 68 toward Franklin County. You need to stay on I-64 as you follow the signs for Lexington. Once you take the exit, you'll merge onto U.S. 60E toward Versailles/Frankfort. Continue to follow U.S. 60E to Old Clubhouse Lane in Lexington. Use any lane as you make a slight left to continue on Old Clubhouse Lane. Keeneland Race Course will be directly in front of you.
• From Nashville
For Nashville, get on I-40/I-65 N. Continue to follow I-65 N to the Bluegrass Parkway toward Lexington/Bardstown. You need to stay on the Bluegrass Parkway until you reach Exit 72A. Exit 72A will take you toward U.S. 60E (Lexington). Make sure to follow U.S. 60E to Old Clubhouse Lane. You'll continue to follow the road to lead you into the main facility of the racecourse.
There are spots to park at Keeneland, but you might have to park off-site with an RV. For the Breeders' Cup, parking is limited to those who have purchased the official prepaid credentials. If you arrive without a prepaid pass, you'll need to park at either of the two park-and-ride locations. These park-and-ride spots are located at Southland Christian Church on Harrodsburg Road and Southland Christian Church on Richmond Road. The complimentary shuttles are available for the entire weekend, and they run 30 minutes before the gates open and will continue until one hour after the last post. If you decide to purchase a parking pass, it will be $20 in advance or $25 the day of the races.
Breeders' Cup tickets for the 37th running will go on sale to the general public on March 9. You can choose from general admission tickets or book a private box to enjoy the race.
