At the same time, you can sample natural wines. This lab will be held on Friday, March 20 between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute at 725 Howard Avenue.
Jackson Family Wines is sponsoring this lab teaching participants how to taste wines. You will use an app to analyze the aroma, flavor, body, and other characteristics of several pinot noir wines. The audience responses will be charted, and you can compare your responses with the group assessment.
