Every year, the "Happiest Place on Earth" hosts the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Visitors can wine and dine all day and all night at Epcot in the Walt Disney World Resort. However, this event is about more than just consuming some of the most delectable food and spirits in the world. You can enjoy music from the Eat to the Beat! concert series and learn master culinary skills in classes just for festival guests. Guests can also learn more about wine and cheese in seminars during the festival and rub elbows with some of the most renowned chefs in the world. This festival has been held every year since 1995.
As with the dates, lineups are still being finalized. Disney has a history of offering quality concerts and a variety of entertainment options at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The free concerts in the Eat to the Beat! series are sure to entertain as you enjoy some amazing food. Last year's featured performers included Everclear, 38 Special and Sheena Easton. Performances generally started at 5:30 p.m. nightly.
The festival is held at Disney World's 305-acre Epcot theme park in Bay Lake, Florida. You'll find the event's kiosks set up around the World Showcase, a section of the park with 11 pavilions themed after a specific country.
