The Wisconsin State Fair is an annual, 11-day event which is held at the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis. It was first held in 1851 in Janesville, attracting approximately 13,000 to 18,000 people. The fair has grown in popularity considerably since its early days, with the 2018 event attracting 1,037,982 people (a record-breaking attendance).
When it comes to entertainment and fun activities, there’s certainly a lot to keep you busy at the Wisconsin State Fair. This year’s event will include arts and displays, educational exhibits, thrilling rides, several markets, and more. Favorites include SpinCity (which features more than 50 rides and 30 games), the Daily Parade, and the hundreds of adorable animals on-show in numerous barns throughout Ag Village.
